Bulk import card screenshots into RooCards

Follow the RooCards workflow to prepare card screenshots, import them, check each barcode or QR code, then organise the cards you keep in one searchable wallet.

What are the RooCards bulk-import steps?

Batch import needs a clear, complete barcode or QR code—numbers alone can’t be imported in bulk. Review results as needed: choose, search for, create, or skip a store. Duplicates and items without a code aren’t saved. If you are deciding whether screenshots are worth moving in the first place, use the migration guide.

Before you import

Choose screenshots where the full barcode or QR code is visible.
Prefer the clearest current version of each card.
Avoid screenshots covered by notifications, crop handles, or browser UI.
Delete obvious duplicates if you already know which card is current.

Why import screenshots?

Screenshots are easy to collect but hard to search, duplicate, and use quickly at checkout. Bulk import helps turn those saved images into cards you can rename, organize, pin, and scan from RooCards.

Take screenshots of the cards you want to move

Capture cards from another wallet app, email, or store account page. Use a clear screenshot with a complete barcode or QR code; a card number alone cannot be imported in bulk.

Open RooCards and start a new import

Tap the add button, then choose the import option to begin importing multiple cards from screenshots.

Choose the screenshots you want to process

Select one or more screenshots from Photos so RooCards can detect the cards and bring them into your library.

Review the imported cards and organize them

Review results as needed: choose, search for, create, or skip a store. Duplicates and items without a code are not saved; then pin, categorize, or rename the cards you keep.
